Завод был основан в 2010 году, его площадь составляет около 5000 квадратных метров, на нем работает около 60 сотрудников.
Оснащен полным передовым обрабатывающим оборудованием с ЧПУ, включая 30 вертикальных и горизонтальных центров, а также более 30 станков с ЧПУ и 50 другого обрабатывающего оборудования.
Обрабатывающий цех полностью независим от литейного цеха, имеет независимую команду менеджеров и индивидуальную бизнес-модель. Помимо литья, ковки и механической обработки, он также имеет возможность обрабатывать различные профили.
Использование передового процесса литья по выплавляемым моделям, оснащенного несколькими современными типами энергосберегающих и экологически чистых производственных линий, включая автоматические или полуавтоматические производственные линии для основных процессов: изготовление воска, изготовление скорлупы, литье, термообработка.
